Veteran’s Day is a national holiday to honor and pay tribute to the men and women of our United States Military. Their courage and sacrifice protect the freedoms we enjoy every day and uphold the values of our great nation. This Veteran’s Day we would like to acknowledge our very own invaluable team member, Katie Araiza who is a Navy Veteran.
Katie was stationed in San Diego and served as an aviation electrician supporting flight operations on air craft carriers. She worked on FA-18s on the USS Harry Truman and USS John C. Stennis and H-60 helicopters supporting special operations. Katie found her time in the Navy to be challenging and rewarding. Now, Katie enjoys helping fellow Veterans use their much deserved government entitlement to obtain the most affordable home loans.
She believes Veteran’s Day is an extremely important holiday because all service members past and present deserve to be recognized for their service to our country.
We at USAVA Lending take this November 11th, 2016 to reflect on the bravery and patriotism of all of our Veterans and active duty military personnel and express our deepest gratitude. We give special thanks to Katie for her service to our great country and for her continued dedication to helping fellow Veterans.
